Delete your Ghan Ghan account

- Open Ghan Ghan on your phone, or sign in at 5sinfotech.in/ghan-ghan.
- Go to ⚙️ Settings → Security → Delete my account.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Can't sign in?
E-mail us from the address you registered with and we will delete the account within 7 days:

- Your login: name, e-mail, mobile number, password and profile photo.
- If you own a family: the family itself, its paired children's devices, chats, to-dos, voice to-dos and call history.
- If you were invited into a family: you are removed from it; it keeps working for the others.
- Sign-in sessions and notification tokens of your devices.
What is kept
- Nothing on our servers. Payment receipts stay with the payment provider (Razorpay or Google Play), which keeps them as the law requires.
- Video calls, chat photos and voice notes were never stored on our servers in the first place.
A Premium subscription bought on Google Play must be cancelled in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions) — deleting the account does not cancel it automatically. See also our privacy policy.
