Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

  • You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account or by messaging us on WhatsApp or email.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.

1A. Free trials

  • 15-day free trials require no payment method — there is nothing to refund and nothing is charged automatically when a trial ends.
  • Trials simply deactivate at the end of the period unless you choose to purchase a subscription.

1B. Service delivery

All products are delivered digitally — account activation and login details are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment. No physical shipping is involved. If access is not delivered within 24 hours and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Refunds

  • First purchase: if the product does not work as described and our team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
  • Renewals: renewal charges are refundable if requested within 48 hours of the charge, provided the service was not substantially used in that period.
  • Usage charges: third-party usage fees already incurred (such as Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges) are non-refundable.
  • Custom development: refunds for custom projects follow the milestones and terms in your project agreement.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — via Razorpay for INR payments and PayPal for USD payments — within 7–10 business days, in the original currency of payment.

4. How to request

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@5sinfotech.in with your registered email/phone number and payment reference. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
